Project Manager

Reporting To: Contracts Department Manager

Job Summary
EBRS is looking for a detail-orientated Project Manager who will be an authority in foodservice installation issues and lead all contact with customer as job progresses from award through completed installation.

Job Objective/Responsibilities
EBRS is an established industry leader in the supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. The Contracts Department works closely with general contractors in a time sensitive project management environment. Projects range from $20,000 to $2,000,000. A typical project scope will include coordination of subcontractors and manufacturers for the delivery and installation of cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, fire suppressions systems, walk-in coolers, custom millwork and stainless steel fixtures. The ability to read and understand construction drawings, specification, contracts and equipment orders is a must. Responsibilities include preparation of change orders, oversight of subcontractors, review of submittals, and preparation of correspondence.

Skills/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

Have relevant experience, be well organized and a team player
Proficient business math and reconciliation skills (proficiencies will be tested during interview process)
Be literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum of two years relevant experience
Solid understanding of the demands of project cost maintenance, scheduling and document management
As lead contact with customers and vendors, strong written and verbal skills are a must.
The Project Manager will work under pressure of deadlines with a sense of urgency to maintain project schedules.
Knowledge of foodservice equipment, AutoCAD and Great Plains are pluses
