Cooking with olive oil is not only delicious, but healthy too! Experience an olive oil tasting while you learn about the history of olive oil and how it's made. Then explore the pairing of food and olive oil as you create an olive and arugula bruschetta, Coq au Vin with potatoes puree and fried cheese with honey and cinnamon. Enjoy your creations with wine!
