In 2007, East Bay Restaurant Supply - Sacramento opened its new Culinary Center. The Culinary Center offers a state of art cooking school with a professional kitchen built by East Bay Restaurant Supply's Design & Build Team. Our demonstration kitchen is the envy of many chefs.

Our cooking classes feature talented local chefs from the Sacramento area. They are designed for avid home cooks and food enthusiasts of all culinary levels from beginners to advanced. Guest chefs from the Bay Area will be making special appearances.

Classes include a demonstration with a focus on technique and an emphasis on seasonally appropriate ingredients. Samples of all food prepared and recipe packets will be provided. Class sizes are limited to 40 and prepayment is required to reserve class space. A 72-hour cancellation is required for a class credit.
