Whether you need help designing a full service establishment or remodeling a small area in your existing restaurant, our award-winning Design staff is ready to develop your dream kitchen or restaurant from start to finish.

Begin with our in-house architectural services, headed up by Joe Ruk, AIA.  With over 30 years of experience, Joe has dedicated his entire career to the food service industry.  Supporting Joe is a team of Design Specialists trained in AutoCad, who can expedite your project in a timely manner.

The Design staff is supported by a team of Estimators, led by Design & Build Manager, Larry LaGrave.  The Estimating team works directly with the buying arm of EBRS to ensure that you receive the best value for your dollar.

When your project has been fully developed and ready to submit to the appropriate Health & Building departments, EBRS's Design Department will meticulously review your project to facilitate a smooth and efficient approval process.  Upon approval, our Project Management team will work with your contractor to make sure your project comes in on time and on budget.
