Chocolate Glazing Ganache

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz cream
  • 6 oz dark chocolate

Directions:

Bring cream to a boil. Pour over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Whisk until chocolate is melted and the mixture is uniformly blended. Use immediately, or cover and store under refrigeration.

To reheat and use as a glaze: Heat over hot water.

Yield 12 oz.
