  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Put first four ingredients in a double boiler and stir until all ingredients melt together. After the ingredients have melted, remove from the heat. Mix in the flour and chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Take a teaspoon and drop cookie dough onto tin foil. Bake 7-8 minutes at 350°F (times may vary depending on oven). NOTE: They never look done.

Remove and cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Once cooled, put in a zip-lock bag and freeze. Eat cookies straight from the freezer.
