Double Fudge Drop Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
Put first four ingredients in a double boiler and stir until all ingredients melt together. After the ingredients have melted, remove from the heat. Mix in the flour and chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Take a teaspoon and drop cookie dough onto tin foil. Bake 7-8 minutes at 350°F (times may vary depending on oven). NOTE: They never look done.
Remove and cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Once cooled, put in a zip-lock bag and freeze. Eat cookies straight from the freezer.
