The refrigeration departments are experienced in service and installation of all brands of refrigeration sold by East Bay. We also perform remote installations of large or small rack systems. A key part of our service is to evaluate the customer's needs to ensure that the equipment specified by the architect or consultant is the appropriate equipment for the customer's location, and that it will give the customer the least amount of problems for the life of the equipment.

With EPA certified technicians, California Cooking can perform refrigerant recovery and do a complete job of replacing old equipment with a minimum of downtime to the customer. We also have a journeyman plumber on staff to complete the install or swap out of non-refrigerated equipment. Our service rates are very competitive, and we are authorized to perform warranty repairs for most makes of refrigeration.

Our stainless steel fabrication and installation department can field measure custom designed items, fabricate and install all with our own experienced staff.  Our 3,500 sq. ft. state of the art fabrication shop allows us to fabricate even the most intricate pieces. Covering most of Northern California, we install hoods, wall lining, and custom fabricated items. Our technicians will place and set your buy out items, and even run the ducting.

Our wholesale distribution department sells equipment to dealers, distributors, service companies, and contractors.  Our vast resources and inventories allow us to assist the smaller dealers and contractors with everything from small wares to heavy equipment. We offer special pricing and support to the food service industry. We also offer our installation and service departments' expertise to install the equipment we sell for other dealers or contractors.
