Job Objective
East Bay Restaurant Supply, Inc. is currently recruiting for warehouse positions in Oakland. Under the direction of the Operations manager, load and unload materials from trucks to/from the warehouse with hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Unloads trailers using material handling equipment. Stocks merchandise in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
Accurately picks items from designated locations using picking tickets and other reports. Provides customer service backup by accurately picking orders and packing orders properly.

Skills/Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience
Some computer skills
Able to lift up to 50 + pounds on a regular basis.
Able to operate power equipment including: forklifts, pallet-jacks, and hand-carts. Forklift certification a plus but not required.
Demonstrates a commitment to providing superior customer service.
Demonstrates dependable, on-time performance.
