The EBRS Construction Division offers competitive bids and manages commercial food service projects both large and small.
Our team works closely with General Contractors to produce high-quality construction projects, for both new ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
We offer the following services: budgeting and estimating, project management, AutoCAD, MEP document coordination (BIM and Revit services available), seismic coordination, installation of all buyout equipment and stainless-steel packages, millwork packages, hoods, EMS/DCV and fire suppression systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, including remote refrigeration, cook chill systems, and all closeout warranty documentation.
